Our cottage rates vary depending on the season and availability. You can check the current rates by selecting your desired dates on our booking page. Additional charges include $120 cleaning fees, a $500 refundable security deposit and a 15% tax.

Your photo Id may be required while you Check-In.

This depends on the rate plan you choose. Some rates require a deposit or full prepayment at the time of booking, while others allow you to pay upon arrival. Please check the rate details when making your reservation.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. Please contact the property owner at 860.712.8696 in advance to make arrangements. There may be an additional charge for this service.

You will typically use the last four digits of the phone number used to make the booking and then press the Kwickset Button. To lock the door, just press the Kwickset Button once and the deadbolt will roll over and lock, then test to be sure it’s locked.

Check-in begins at 3:00 PM, and check-out at 10 AM.

Sure, pets are allowed here with an additional fee of $45 (per pet & taxes)

The trail that begins at the end of Old Town Pound Road (our road) and goes through the Maurice and Rita Edwards preserve toward Pine Acres Lake in the Goodwin State Forest, Diana’s Pool Falls & Trail, Chaplin, Hall’s Pond Boat Launch in Eastford, Sharpe Hill Vineyard, The Hampton General Store (right around the block), The Full Moon Farmstand and Nathaniel Lyon Memorial Park. Brooklyn Recreation Park and Chaplin Museum are all within 9 mi (15 km) of the cottage.

Unfortunately, no events, parties, or large gatherings are permitted on the property.
