Quiet Corner Cottage Vacation Rental Policy

General Policies

1. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cottage. Guests who violate this policy will be subject to an additional cleaning fee or termination of the rental agreement without refund.
2. Pet Policy: Pets are welcome at Quiet Corner Cottage with a non-refundable fee of $45 per pet, plus applicable fees and taxes. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and ensuring they do not cause any damage to the property.
3. No Events or Parties: The cottage is not available for events, parties, or large gatherings. Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
4. Age Requirement: Guests must be at least 25 years old to book Quiet Corner Cottage. The person booking the rental must be present during the stay and is responsible for all guests on the property.
5. Additional Fees: Additional fees and taxes may apply. Guests will be informed of any extra charges at the time of booking.

Accessibility

1. Stairs: Please note that the property requires stairs and may be difficult for guests with limited mobility. Guests are advised to consider this before booking.

House Rules

1. Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in time is 3 PM, and check-out time is 10 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.
2. Noise: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Guests are requested to keep noise levels to a minimum to respect the neighbors and maintain the peaceful environment of the cottage.
3. Cleanliness: Guests are expected to leave the property in a reasonably clean condition. Excessive cleaning required after check-out will result in additional charges.
4. Damages: Any damages to the property or its contents must be reported immediately. Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay and will be charged accordingly.

Safety

1. Safety Guidelines: Guests are required to follow all safety guidelines provided at the property. This includes proper use of all appliances and fixtures.
